Stirling

We made some time to take a quick day trip to Stirling before PopO and Mylu had to leave. It was a fun way to round out their visit with us. My kids always love any excuse to hop on a train. Stirling is close and has a fabulous castle. We also took a tour of Argyle's lodging. Ward was not a big fan of this entire outing. The total absence of a nap was just too much for my little guy to bare. Emerson on the other hand thought it was super and has already asked to go back to the pink house. Sounds great to me since I barely made it past the front door. I got to hang out with my precocious little buddy while everyone else did the tour.

Emerson was really into her audio tour guide. She actually really listens to these, it is amazing! Hopefully she will remember atleast a little bit from these experiences.

Doesn't Ward look like he's having a ball?

Christmas...in February?

We were thrilled to host Trey's parents Bobby & Lynda for Christmas. Emerson and Ward were so excited to have PopO and Mylu with us and show them around town. I figured that since we have already passed Valentine's Day I better go ahead and get these pictures up.
Emerson waited on PopO and Mylu to go visit Santa.

Ward was not so sure about Santa and needed a little cheering up from Daddy.

Why sit in the car when you can climb on it...without your pants!
